1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Redminew.com and its activities for selling Redmine plugins, themes, templates, and related products.
For the purposes of this policy, “product” or “service” refers to any item offered by redminew.com, whether free or paid, to customers or the general public. This includes, but is not limited to, plugins, templates, Redmine support services, themes, website content, and any other related offerings.
By accessing or using Redminew.com, users (“Customers”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

Redminew.com may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Redminew.com grants Customers a non-exclusive, limited license to use purchased products in accordance with these Terms.
Customers may not modify, copy, distribute, or reverse engineer Redminew.com products without permission.
Customers may not transfer the Products to another person or “mirror” them on another server, unless for high-availability, performance distribution, or testing purposes.
Free products may require email subscription to a newsletter.
Products are provided “as is” without warranty.
Redminew.com strives for compatibility with the latest stable Redmine version, but future compatibility is not guaranteed.

Customers may need to provide accurate billing information for purchases.
Redminew.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Cancellation of orders and requests for refunds by customers are not permitted after payment, as the products are digital and non-refundable. By completing the purchase, all customers acknowledge and agree to this policy regarding the nature of virtual products.

Subscription-based products are billed in advance on a recurring basis (Billing Cycle). A valid payment method is required for subscriptions, and automatic charges will be attempted.
Redminew.com may offer free trials for subscriptions, but billing information may be required. Customers will be charged automatically for the subscription at the end of the free trial unless it is canceled.
Redminew.com may modify subscription fees with reasonable prior notice.

Customers creating accounts must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
Redminew.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at its discretion.

Customers may not use Redminew.com for illegal or harmful purposes, including activities that violate laws, infringe on others’ rights, or exploit minors.
Customers may not use automated means (bots, scrapers, …) to access Redminew.com without permission.
Customers may not attempt to disable, damage, or interfere with the website’s functionality.
Customers may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Redminew.com systems.

Redminew.com, along with its products, services, and original content, is the exclusive property of Redminew.com and its licensors. Redminew.com retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the Products, modified or unmodified.
Customers may not distribute or modify Redminew.com content without permission.
Customers should report any copyright infringement claims to Redminew.com.

Redminew.com is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its products or services.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the products/services, except where prohibited by law.
Customers agree to hold Redminew.com harmless for any damages resulting from their violation of laws or these Terms.

Redminew.com may terminate or suspend accounts for breach of these Terms or any other reason, without notice.
Customers may terminate their account by discontinuing use of the website.

Any dispute between Redminew.com and a Customer shall be finally settled by arbitration that is determined by Redminew.com. You may want to specify the dispute resolution mechanism for your own Terms and Conditions.
Customers agree that the arbitral award will be final and binding.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: No waiver of any term or provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the party against whom such waiver is sought to be enforced. The waiver by either party of a breach of any provision of these Terms shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
Assignment: These Terms and any rights or obligations hereunder may not be assigned, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise, by Customer without the prior written consent of Redminew.com. Any attempted assignment in violation of this Section shall be null and void. Redminew.com may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.
